Granite

Granite is formed when magma crystallizes slowly beneath the Earth’s surface. It’s made up of coarse grains of quartz, potassium feldspar, and sodium feldspar, along with traces of other minerals, which make up more than 80% of the rock. Granite is a very durable and stain resistant stone due to its dense nonporous consistency. It is most commonly used for kitchen countertops and exterior surfaces. Granite has a great resistance to abrasions and is totally recyclable, ecological and easy to maintain.
